- Create online courses. Such e-learning systems are sometimes also called Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Virtual Learning Environments (VLE). We have Moodle course management system available. Or pick your own -- we can probably handle any using : CGI, Perl, PHP, SSI, C/C++ or MySQL.

A development project has been set up to extend Ogden's simple Word Wheel as far as the concept can go. - Pronunciation - Some of this exists on
the web, but to be effective, this project needs a leader.

Special English is a simplified English language used by Voice of America
in daily broadcast. The news is read slowly and using a limited wordlist of about 1500 words.
Charles Kay Ogden recommended radio news be given in Basic
English with the appropriate Basic special radio vocabulary add-on.
Although intended for telling news around the world, VOA Special English
has the additional benefit of allowing introductory English to be learned and for pronunciation to be polished.
